Samsung recently announced its first outdoor 4K QLED TV with a soundbar, The Terrace.
The Announcement
On May 22, Samsung announced a new addition to its Home Entertainment portfolio, a revolutionary outdoor TV. Samsung announced that it will bring an indoor viewing experience outdoors with no hassle. A consumer model was released in the US and Canada. The company announced that it will be released in New Zealand, Germany and other regions worldwide later this year.

Features
The Terrace has a capacity of producing a brightness of 2000- nits. Viewers will be able to enjoy the beautiful display with no issues. The QLED display also has a high motion rate, which content which has a lot of frequent motion can be viewed seamlessly. The screen also has anti-reflective display and has an adaptive screen. It has a sleek design measuring just 59.8mm in width. It also has high dust and water resistance.
The television is equipped with Tizen, Samsung’s very own Operating System for televisions, which has many features including 120 channels, Samsung Health and support for leading streaming platforms. It also supports voice assistance from Bixby and Alexa.
The TV is equipped with the Terrace Soundbar which has IP55 durability and has two subwoofers inbuilt which provide crystal clear sound. It can be equipped directly with the television or can be mounted on a wall. Also, the TV is equipped with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.
The television is currently available in 55, 65 and 75 inches.

Currently, The Terrace is priced as follows: 3500 USD(approx. 2,66,000 INR) for the 55″ variant; 5000 USD(approx. 3,88,000 INR) for the 65″ variant and 6500 USD(approx. 4,94,000 INR) for the 75″ variant.
